When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 7-10 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you order will ship out according to your shipping method/ Please make sure you are certain of the product specifications. 

We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped via email. If you have any questions, please contact us at Our customer team will answer as soon as possible (please note weekends are free, emails sent later on Friday and over the weekend will be addressed on Monday).

We provide international delivery worldwide with an online tracking number and a signature confirmation to make sure you receive your package. Domestic orders can be tracked through USPS:

 International orders can be tracked through DHL Express:

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tariffs after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 7-10 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) We will NOT refund shipping charges if USPS or DHL Express fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it. provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. Reach USPS HERE or call 1 (800) 222-1811 for domestic or international assistance. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but WAISTSHAPERZ.COM does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.


Most of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
